Tweener Bar PLUS offers MORE FLEXIBILITY!

Our Tweener™ Bar PLUS is a slightly more narrow version of the original Tweener™ Bar with a twist:  It also allows you to add a Balanced Body MOTR® arm/variable resistance to your workout, and even create new cardio options on your CoreAlign®.  It’s a perfect fit for anyone looking for extra challenges and more versatility from an already fantastic piece of equipment.

By flipping the Tweener™ Bar PLUS around, you can slip the arm from a Balanced Body MOTR into perfectly sized hooks on the front of the ladder and VOILA!  Grab the handles and go to work with an extra challenge – variable resistance to assist the neurological activation of your cross-lateral connections, increase balance challenges, increase core recruitment and core-to-distal connections, and increase upper body training – including using your CoreAlign® for a seated or standing cardio workout with both arm and leg resistance.  Like the creativity of the MOTR® itself, our Tweener™ Bar PLUS brings endless possibilities to your CoreAlign®.

So whether you want the simple convenience of a ladder for every height, a resistive assist for post-rehab recruitment, or a resistive challenge to match the level of even the most advanced students, Tweener™ Bars make your workout a perfect fit for everyone.

While most people like the PLUS version, the original Tweener Bar is also an option:

Patent Pending

As instructors, we always seem to have a client for whom the ladder rungs sit at a level that is not quite right, and until now they have had to settle for a bar as much as 4 inches above or below their shoulder height. This impacts their ability to make the optimal connection to both the ladder and their core when using the ladder for upright and forward-leaning exercises.

Now your “’tweeners” can have a rung at the perfect height for them.  This beautiful, hand-finished bar can be stored at the top of the CoreAlign® ladder and easily be moved to the exact location needed by the client, creating a more efficient and effective workout with an excellent Core-to-Distal connection through the shoulder joint. No compromise, and no strain. And the additional flat panel improves options when pressing into the ladder for facing away moves.
